Rich Corn Cake ~ The sweetest thing

Ingredients
Butter for coating pan
1
C
corn meal
1
C
all purpose flour
1
tsp
baking soda
2
tsp
cream of tartar
1/4
tsp
salt
4
tbsp
sugar
1
C
sour cream
1/4
C
sweetened condensed milk
2
eggs
4
tbsp
melted butter
cooled
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Coat a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with butter
In a large bowl. combine the dry ingredients well.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add the milk, melted butter sweet milk.
Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients together until all lumps are gone.
Pour the batter into buttered pan.
Bake in oven for 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when testing the middle.
Allow to cool and slice for serving.
